Spanish Tapas

We enjoy Tapas nights at the house. So far we've made the following:

1) Spiced Clams
2) Croquetas de Jamon - Spanish Ham Croquettes
3) Olives stuffed with oranges
4) Gambas Al Ajillo - Shrimp in Garlic Sauce
5) Tortilla Espanol - Spanish Omlette
6) Champions Al Ajillo - Ajillo Mushrooms
7) Pan Grilled Pimientos

I will post up the recipes one day for some of these and am hoping that we add more to our portfolio of tapas.
